Over the past 20 years, we have experienced the birth and evolution of Digital Media and customer expectations for the hyper-personalized experience. We have seen how complex and diverse this ever-changing medium has become. We wanted to address the challenge that many small and medium business owners are faced with every day in using these digital media forms.
