No results, no invoice
Hiring an agency is a big decision. We understand that.
To reduce the anxiety associated with engaging a new agency, we agree advance monthly targets with all clients. And if we don't hit them, we don't send an invoice.
So if for any reason - for example world events conspire to get in the way of planned and arranged coverage (royal pregnancies, disasters, pandemics, snap general elections tend to do it) - a month goes by where we miss our agreed targets (even by 1%), we’ll waive your invoice and you have the right to terminate the agreement.
