We don't have a lot of users, but they're pretty valuable for our growth as a business. So, all we wanted was a mobile app that enrich our users' overall experience. Initially, I had some difficulty communicating with them, but they overcame that sooner before it became annoying to me. So, I think they can take cautions to prevent such issues in future.

I can't write much about the development part because we didn't hire them for that. But the quality of their design services is above question. I'm also positive about their collaboration and project management. Wishing them a good future.

Their reluctance to enlighten us with their pricing information brought some impacts. But they didn't ask for anything we wouldn't provide.
Overall Feedback:
I don’t think I can say Orfeostory is the #1 agency in the business. In my opinion, the way they approach a client and provide support till and after the end of the project is where they beat most of the companies I’ve ever met. They don’t claim; they just do their job as skillfully and sincerely as clients can possibly ask. I believe that’s a huge thing, especially in web and software development.

They're cordial but need to be more expressive to help people who can't explain everything about their website project on their own.

Guys at Orfeostory don’t say much, no matter how easy or difficult a project you award them. You’ll only hear them speak quite a few words if they need something from your end or the project is nearly finished. So far, they developed three of our sites, and my opinion is that they did more than we could even expect. That’s pretty good!

I’m not speaking for all clients who hired this agency. I’m merely trying to share my personal view of their activities. I saw nothing wrong with their web development skills. They are good communicators and instructors too. I discovered the latter quality as they taught some of our guys the basic uses of our CRM application. I’ll hire them again.

The first part of the project went as usual. But we got to know them better as we assigned an old, unresponsive site with plenty of issues, mostly functional. The way that one was handled gave us the impression that people at Orfeostory know what they're supposed to do and how. Lot of respect for them!

We wanted them to emphasize on one thing more than the others. It seemed they focused on everything at a time. But the end result was acceptable.
Overall Feedback:
These guys turned our static website into a dynamic, responsive, and functional one as fast as 2 days. Such competence from them led to another project, a POS application. This time, they exceeded all our expectations. Apart from a little misunderstanding, everything went as smoothly as agreed. However, we can exclude that from our experience because of the output they ensured.

It was a great relief to have Orfeostory at our service. The time they took to provide us a way to mobilize our business wasn't much considering the amount of tasks we requested them to do. Their project management is above question. You're allowed to know even the smallest detail. Highly recommended!

We got a lot of visuals created by the team, and most of them were excellent. What more I can add to this is their keenness while serving a client. Although they didn't need many revisions, I got proof of their sincerity on a few occasions they had to do it.

The app was developed in under a week. I requested for the addition of a few features which came to my mind after the project was started. But those additions couldn't cause a setback. Maybe, it was their workflow that was well planned. After all, our Board of Directors expressed positive opinions. So, thanks to Orfeostory for their efforts!
